Eva is a leader in healthcare information technology solutions that seek to place the patient at the center of healthcare. We believe that the patient’s story is the most valuable and most underused asset in healthcare today. Eva desires to help patients tell their stories and for doctors to have a deeper understanding of their stories.

Throughout this Privacy Statement, “Eva” refers to Eva, LLC, including its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (also referred to as “we” and “us”). Many of the services which Eva provides to its clients are provided as a processor, which means that the client remains primarily responsible for your information. Eva has implemented appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data originating from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to Eva affiliates and unaffiliated third parties located outside the EEA. Eva complies with the Privacy Shield Frameworks Principles for onward transfers of personal information obtained from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions. If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with this Privacy Policy, you should first contact Eva at the contact information listed above.
